  • The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

    3. Technical issues, downtime, or system failures.
    4. Transmission of viruses, harmful software, or malicious content.
    5. Loss of data, business opportunity, revenue, profits, or any other financial loss, directly or indirectly, resulting from the use or misuse of the Extranet.
  • In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the greater of:
    1. (a) Fees paid by the Partner for access to the Extranet during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
    2. (b) One Hundred Canadian Dollars (CAD $100).
  • Sharing of Personal Data

Innent Inc. shares your personal data only when necessary and with appropriate safeguards in place:

  • Data may be shared with payment processors, IT service providers, marketing platforms, business analytics, customer service, and fraud prevention to deliver our services. These vendors adhere to strict data security measures and cannot use your information for unauthorized purposes.
